This branch of the halifax is ideal if you are visiting St Stephens or Chapelfield. They have plenty of staff about to help, and it is a very spacious building, but they seem to have trouble getting the temperature right in there and it can get very hot and stuffy, especially in the summer.
Despite the number of staff, you should be prepared to queue, and for anything other than straightforward banking transactions you should make an appointment in advance by phone, otherwise you will only be sent away again and asked to come back at a later time.
Easy access for those with prams and buggies, and wheelchair customers make this an easy branch to use, with a range of automated machines available to use as well.
