No different from any other Caffe Nero, the staff are friendly, the drinks are reasonably priced, and there is a good range. I dont’ like the way I am asked if I would like any cakes or muffins, if I wanted it I’d ask for it, just a personal bug bear. The seating is comfortable and you can help yourself to free water from a jug which is nice. Sitting by the door can be a bit chilly in winter though!
