I have noticed you guys (Walton & Allen) have started working on the first block on the right with a new coat of paint and ripped out the carpets, I cannot tell you how happy I am. It is a sign that you guys are trustworthy and doing things properly unlike the miserable 4 years I have spent paying someone else thousands of pounds and them not doing nothing.
