History

Established in 1986.

We began life as LVC in North London and wrote the first contract hire agreement for a customer with Lex, one of our funders, in 1990. Before that, starting in 1986, we had written leasing and hire purchase agreements for van drivers in Finchley and Southgate.

Many of our relationships with customers, suppliers and funders date back to this era, continuity and consistency are important to us.

We added the Central tag when we moved to our present home in Milton Keynes in 1995, covering local postcodes for one of our funders.

We started to build the Webcars Group of websites in 1990. A fleet manager website, the sixth in our portfolio is now under construction.
