My love of baking started at a young age when my Mum used to cook with me in the kitchen, and now I am a Mum myself I have found a re-​kindled passion. I have tried and tested many recipes over the years and since having children and designing their various Birthday and Christening cakes I have discovered that I also love the creative side of designing the perfect cake. And so Keep Calm Eat Cake was born…
