Uninterested Pathetic service my car has now been with them in for a service sine May it is now September 50 calls and 20 e-​mails later I am still trying to find out what is going on with it I received by e-​mail a bill form Andy Chaplin (the man who send you a text and asks you to call him so that he doesn’t have to call you and spend money on his mobile) it had a number of items that I questioned as I had not authorised them that was a month ago I have still not had a response I also forwarded this message to Andrew Harrison– Smith the owner i have also not received any response from him Court Action follows next week I would suggest you AVIOD THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE they are uninterested uncommunicative and unhelpful also they appear to be un-​contacable and still with my car! pathetic avoid
