KFC

Unbelievably bad! For a chain restaurant to allow its product to deteriorate to this level is beyond. Starts with ignorant and uninterested service and carries all the way through to cold, greasy chicken. Completely inedible. I took mine back but had a hard time trying to communicate on the level of the sever — so I just walked.
KFC please sort this. I like fried chicken but this is NOT fried chicken!

Maybe I should give this branch of KFC 5 stars instead because its dreadful quality makes me want to stay away permanently. It encourages healthiness.
My boyfriend, his mother, and I have gotten KFC from this place on several occasions and I can say with certainty that the poor quality is unfortunately consistent.
Atmosphere:
Actually decent. The place is relatively clean, spacious, and not the typical fast food joint you would imagine.
Customer Service:
The employees here are all pretty young school-​level, but they still do a decent job in terms of friendliness as well as efficiency.
Obviously, the reason why I’m giving one star has nothing to do with the customer service nor the atmosphere. The 1 star has to do with the terrible food that comes out of the establishment. No, I’m not one of those health freaks that will give every single fast food restaurant a 1 star. The food was just… bad.
The chicken is dry, too much crispy batter on outside, and chips chalky and overcooked. And like I said before, it’s on a consistent level. I’d rather spend 10x more on a delivery if I wanted convenience rather than bear Pontypool’s KFC any longer.

If you like dried up chicken fried in stale fat then this is for you! Loads of litter lying round outside and is just unpleasant.
