Now this is the only branch in ponty it can get busy at times. Staff are ok, but if you want to do something other than pay in or you have to make appt.

My boyfriend did bank here. Not enough staff on the counters. We had an appointment with the mortgage advisor and was there for an hour and a half filling in paperwork. Two weeks later after hearing nothing we went back to the bank and was told that the paperwork had not been submitted. We were then told we would need another appointment with the mortgage advisor. We have given up and moved banks.
