stayed here on a recent trip to the bournemouth area and would definitely go back.
the biggest plus for this place is it’s location — you can take the train into bournemouth (about 2 hours from london waterloo direct) and then its about a 10 minute/​10 quid cab ride over to the hotel. WHICH IS 3 MINUTES WALKING FROM THE BEACH.
you wouldn’t know it when you arrive, but you are basically right at the foot of the sandiest beach i have yet to find in the UK.
the owners are really nice and the breakfast was good. the hotel is small so they know who you are and are friendly.
i had a single room so it was a bit small, but definitely adequate. i would be back in a heart beat during another sunny weekend.
