The gym is okay, but some improvements will be necessary soon. The hygiene is a little low. However, the place is fully-​equipped and well-​maintained.

My favourite gym in Portsmouth. It is a good size and has all the facilities that I want from a gym. There is a lovely pool with a jacuzzi and sauna for lazy days. There is also a very well equiped gym with cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. There are also squash courts and a beauticians, not to mention the café/​bar. It is popular but never so crowded that it’s off-​putting. There are also outside facilities i believe such as tennis. I find the staff very helpful and friendly — equally the people that come here are friendly. The changing rooms have everything you need and are clean.
