History

Established in 2011.

Adam J Perry is a very experienced drummer of over 30 years. In his drumming career he has played venues from 50 — 5000 people including outdoor festivals and recorded in top studios in the UK and USA with professional producers and engineers. He is now able to share his drumming experience by offering drum lessons in Reading Berkshireeither in his own small studio or at clients locations.

Business Owner

I started playing drums at primary school having been inspired by watching drummers from The Glitter Band and Sweet on Top of The Pops. Before long I was gigging and recording with local bands and developing my playing. During the 1980’s I worked with members of New Model Army whilst also gigging and recording with my own groups writing my own songs and music. This led to me joining a UK based band called Asylum. We wrote and recorded 3 albums and went on to tour and record across the UK, Europe and USA. Eventually, I settled in Reading UK. I recorded an album and gigged with indie/​folk singer/​songwriter John Forrester and started playing Soul and Funk with Short People and Hi Records tribute 99lbs. I then worked with indie singer/​songwriter Mike Halliwell on his debut album. Currently, I play with The Kickback, The Keith Allen Band, Bidgie Reef and The Gas, Mike Halliwell and am often called to dep for many other groups playing Ska, Jazz, Rock, Soul, Punk, Metal and just about
