Crappy shop. I studied sports nutrition and weight management so as I passed I though I’d see how these companies advised people. I went in and was approached by an old lady from Australia or somewhere who was very over weight and looked like she had never stepped foot in a gym before. Anyway, she asked to help and I said what I were training for and she told me completely the wrong thing. It was as if she just studied some sales guide booklet which appealed to everyone.
If I had taken her advise then my time and efforts would have been a complete waste of time! There was however another shop assistant who did look the part. He was tall, good looking and I overheard him talking and he sounded like he new what he was talking about.
I would say go to the person who you would rather look like as it is a sports supplement shop. If you want to be fat then go to the appropriate looking salesperson for guidance.

Awful customer service. Grumpy shop assistants who seem completely disinterested in customersI was made to feel like it was a chore to answer any questions I had. Awful. Stay well away.

Another stumbled-​upon find, this GNC in the Broad Street mall has all the usual stuff you should expect in a sports medicine and supplement store, including protein powders and vitamins and minerals.
The staffer who helped me was very knowledgeable and clearly understood the products available, making good suggestions.
