This is a very friendly restaurant that serves decent food at reasonable prices. Whilst browsing the menu drinking an ice cold Cobra I was offered complimentary pappadams with the usual accompaniments. I ordered the onion bhaji starter which were the flat ones as opposed to the round ones and got 8,(most only give 4 or 5) and these came with salad. My main was a chicken phal with plain rice which was cooked to perfection. I would have given it 5 except the bhaji’s were a little on the hard side, the phal was like a vindaloo and the towel offered at the end was cold.
