With Ilona’s artistic background, creativity has always been a prominent characteristic of hers and something she has felt enthused and motivated by. Art & Craft has always been a strength of hers from childhood, and previous stints of working with clay has gone towards developing her skill when putting together her sensational sugar creations.

With more confidence in baking and sugar craft, Ilona then threw herself into baking cakes of all shapes and sizes for friends and family for every celebration that passed. She adored the experience and LOVED the feedback, and still finds it the most rewarding path she has ever taken.

Since then, Ilona has become an expert at decorating large multi-​tiered cakes. With clients from all over the country entrusting Ilona with their special cakes.
