Visited the new Penleys in Richmond today for a light lunch. Wow, very impressed. The wraps were well made and all the ingredients very fresh. The chips here are wonderful, clearly handmade. One star lost for the absence of napkins which is a little harsh admittedly, but it’s such a basic requirement it’s surprising this has been overlooked.
