I didn’t think people would write many reviews for a coffee chain like Caffe Nero but hey, I’m an expat and this was the first café that I stepped in! Before becoming employed full time, I used to walk to to café, buy a large Americano and help myself to their wi-fi to find a job(internet at my flat wasn’t setup yet). Their Americanos are strong and consistent. When I have a withdrawal after a few hours, I find the withdrawal is gradual. I’m not sure if it has something to do with the coffee bean used, but the withdrawl definitely doesn’t take you hostage by surprise with migraines and the«shakes». Sometimes I treat myself to their Caramelatte but it’s so devilishly good that I feel bad consuming it all the time. Their apricot pastries and butter crossiants are delicious. Service is always with a smile and I saw the same people there every other day. One of them even introduced me to their stamp card the very first time I went in — I dig stamp cards and I dig businesses that not only have them but promote them.
