Surprisingly small considering their membership is ~£90 per month. Has a pool.

Just canceled our membership. Not worth the money definitely. Staff is nice and friendly. But swimming instructors are poor skilled, old fashioned teaching stile which makes kids withdraw from lessons — Waste of money. The manager tried to fool me by not refunding money for canceled lesson due to closed pool area.
Jacuzzi does’t work, has been tried to fix many times — nothing. Sauna and steam room are ok, but nearly the same effect you can get in a hot tub at home for less £.
But I did like the temperature of the water in the swimming pool, its just perfect.
Poor hygiene I’d say. But as far as this club was in 5 walking minutes from home it did work for us.
I think you pay for being in not over crowded club, but not for the quality…

Extremely luxurious gym with a fantastic location on Richmond Hill, as part of the Richmond Hill Hotel. The facilities are first rate, with a great gym and weights room, fantastic, large swimming pool and then for some post– workout relaxation there is a huge jacuzzi as well as a steam room, sauna and a lovely secluded garden which is great on the few sunny days there are. The staff are all very friendly and highly motivating. There are personal trainers but if you don’t want to splash out on that having paid the quite high membership fees, there is also a huge selection of great exercise classes running every day. And there’s a delicious café at the exit to tempt you after that hard work out. There are also lots of beauty treatments on offer. I really love this gym as it is a really comfortable environment. I hate working out in huge, public gyms but the atmosphere here is really friendly and easygoing. When you join you also receive a free induction and your trainer makes up a personalized exercise plan to suit you– this made working out so much easier for me as it felt more purposeful.
