Graze

So, I get my box delivered to the US (California). I signed up online, but had difficulty initially with my prepaid Visa card. I use prepaid when I’m not comfortable using my bankcard. but anyway, I found a workaround. Got my first box and at first I thought the snacks were too small. The problem wasn’t the size, the problem was in my perception of what a snack should be. The snacks are delicious and the ones I’ve chosen are low calorie. I do think, however, that you should get a week’s worth of snacks per delivery. You should have 2 snacks/​day (betwn your 3 meals), so the box should contain at least 10 snack packs. I replaced a pack today with the chocolate I would normally eat, so this is great. Just wish I had enough for a week so that I can drop this weight! Maybe they’ll change the box to at least 7 packs, so you can enjoy 1/​day, until your next weekly delivery arrives.

My husband just signed up online and it said there was no obligation yet when he entered his card number they had signed him up for automatic shipments every so often and a phone number to contact Graze cannot be found. Ugh! Hate when businesses do this kind of crap.

I get crazy low blood sugar and have fallen into the habit of skipping breakfast to make it into work on time. So I thought it would be worth giving Graze a try.
Turns out the nibble boxes are exactly what I need to keep the crashes at bay, and to stop me from hitting the biscuits/​chocolate whenever I start hitting a slump. The boxes are a lot cheaper than I realised and seem brilliant value considering the variety you get and especially considering the super-​reliable delivery.
I’ve also found myself spending less on lunch, as I don’t get to 1pm absolutely ravenous and vulnerable to every culinary temptation that Fitzrovia has to offer (i.e. a lot). This has also led to healthier choices and less pigging out. The little and often approach: it really works!
The boxes have some interesting concoctions which stop you from getting bored with the mostly-​healthy snacks. I think you’d have to stop off at 3 or 4 shops to get a bit of everything that’s included in the one little box.
It’s great health food for lazy people.

I’ve been getting Graze boxes for a while now… and, despite the slightly high price tag, I intend to keep getting them for a while (although only once a fortnight). It’s great getting a box through the door filled with goodies, and not knowing what they’re going to be — like getting a present every week.
The selection of goodies is great, from foccacia to flapjacks, from nuts (sweet or salty) to dried fruits to crackers. And you can rate each on the website, which influences what goes into the box. It’s a brilliant way to keep some variety in your diet — and treat yourself too!

I think this is a great service as it stops you for over indulging & the pain of weighing if you do that when you purchase the larger packets. To be honest the variety is a lot better than what is offered in the shops. Nuts, seeds, dried fruit, flapjacks, small pieces of bread, chocolate pieces, olives & I am sure there are some items I have missed.
They did used to do fresh fruit, but has been on hold for a while as it was not up to the standards they wished to provide.
I must admit I did have to change my Friday box as I found the Royal Mail where not actually putting through my door until Monday, which was a really pain when there was fresh fruit, that was even with Urgent/​Perishable on the front. However sayng that Graze where extrememly good at sending the next box free.
They also do coupons that you can pass onto friends for a free sample or discounted boxes.

I signed up for Graze prompted by a freebie in the metro advertising their special blend of goodies delivered to your door at no cost. I totally applaud the concept and found it really easy to use. Sign up on
and choose how often you want a delivery. Then have a scroll through the different heathy options, sweeties, fruities or seeds. You can choose from various ‘themes’ of food as well. Before I knew it I had happily clicked away to let them know how much I loved black olives, those funky japanese rice crackers and how much I hated flapjacks. The site is really user-​friendly, everything is pictorial and you can request things you really like and make suggestions.
I ordered on Wednesday and got the first available delivery as Friday, every box is £3.49 but they have special joining offers on the site. Best of all, you can order one-​off deliveries as gifts etc — kind of like a squirrels gift basket. Also, at any time you can opt out and cancel membership.
For me, it’s not something I’ll use regualrly as I should buy my own nibbles but if you can afford this (and to be fair, many of the things you get to try are ‘gourmet’ and would cost a lot more to buy from the health food store) then I think it’s a great idea! Each of the four parcels is seperately vacuum-​packed so you don’t have to open them all on the arrival day — if you have more willpower than I you can ration them!
A+ idea and really respect the dedication to eco-​friendly, healthy snacks.

and all its tasty noms and deals! I got a code off of a friend so I got my first graze box free, and my second half price, and then I was going to cancel but you know what? It’s so ace getting a food parcel every week that I’m not going to bother cancelling after all.
And this morning Hot Steve got one delivered to his work, courtesy of me, full of olives and pistachios and rocky road, and he is well chuffed.
The website’s easy to manouvre, and you can ‘bin’ any of the things you don’t like — I started going through everything one by one that had almonds in but the system recognised what I was doing and offered to just delete them all for me, which was much quicker and easier.
And I’ve now discovered I don’t like goji berries, they look like big red bogies and taste weird, so I am going to do the same with them.

It all started about a year ago when free samples arrived at the office. I can’t remember if they were delivered or if my lovely colleague picked one up on her way to work…
Graze offers the perfect alternative to chocolates and biscuits. We now thoroughly enjoy our weekly delivery of fresh and dried fruits, nuts and nibbles. You can rate everything online and determine which bits you would like to see more of and avoid bananas altogether.
They coped extremely well with the postal strike and are one of those feelgood companies like Innocent or Green & Black.
