This location has some of the most helpful staff. I came in with a list of supplements that I needed to get in order to jump start my new healthy regimen (let’s see how long that lasts ha!) and the staff gave me advice on what supplements I can do without and what other things that are a must. In the end, I didn’t buy everything on the list due to helpful staff advice. I like to go when they have store promos like buy one get one 50% off the whole store. I almost feel like the customers who shop here should be more polite as I saw some unpleasant interactions between the helpful staff and the customers take place — would it kill you to be more polite when turning down help? Must be a Richmond thing. ;)
