At MESA Financial Consultants we provide advice in all lending areas. As well as providing advice on traditional mortgage lending, i.e. property purchases for residential and Buy to Let purposes and remortgages, we also look at alternative lending options. The type of lending that is most suitable for your will depend on your personal circumstances and that is why understanding your strategy is crucial in order for us to provide you with advice tailored to you as an individual.

Some of the areas we can look at include bridging finance, second charges (secured lending), self built properties or development loans, commercial lending and international lending.

We also specialise in equity releases. Equity release may be suitable for customers who have a significant amount of equity accumulated on their properties and due to age restrictions are no longer eligible for a traditional mortgage. Releasing equity may be an efficient way to supplement income or to raise funds for certain purposes.

Establish in 2015 by two experienced directors with a proven track record providing mortgage and protection advice in Richmond.

Francisco M.

Business Owner

Seven years experience providing customers with mortgage and protection advise as well as more than 10 years of general banking experience for two of the main banking organisations in the UK.

Educated at Seville University where he obtained a degree in Business Administration and Economics.

Other relevant experience includes accountancy and management.

Fran is a great believer in customer service and in the values on which MESA Financial Consultants is found upon. Over the years he has a proven track record for both customers loyalty and growth in mortgage portfolios.
