Property Portfolio Building, through the owners experience in building his own multi million pound property portfolio over the lasst 10 years we now offer a full hands free, hassle free portfolio building service where we can turn a small amount of money from equity release or savings sat in the bank not getting any interest to a multi million pound property portfolio generating £1,000’s per month.

History

Established in 2011.

The business was formed in 2011 after 10 years of personal management of our own property portfolio and finding that we managed not only our own but other landlords properties as if they were our own, which lead to us offering a superior personal service to other letting agents and especially estate agents that offered lettings as a side line of there main sales business.

Since then we have gone on to manage and let many properties for landlords and this is shown by our excellent testimonials which you can find on our website.

I have been investing in property for over 10 years for myself and clients and have built a substantial portfolio of my own and have extensive experience in all aspects of property investing and management. This lead on to finding that most lettings agents are either owned or run by people who do not actual have their own investment properties and do not understand what it is like to be a landlord, following this I set up Sure Move Lettings to be able to offer the unique superior personal and understanding service that we pride ourselves on at Sure Move Lettings.
