Established in 2006.

I first established Dockside Property Services in 1993. Having worked for a number of leading local estate agents, I simply thought that I could offer a better service. Since Dockside’s humble beginnings it has grown to become a very well respected company. In many respects we are pioneers and our innovative approach and ideas are often imitated. I believe that our growth is due to the fact that I employ the best people and always put our clients first. In addition I always strive to be ahead of the latest legislation and aim to integrate good old-​fashioned values with the very latest in technology.

Emma’s professional yet customer focussed approach has been proven time and time again to achieve the best possible results. She holds a strong belief that a combination of quality marketing, negotiating skills and great communication with her clients is the key to a successful sale. She has an ambitious nature and a determination to see tasks through to the end, and this compliments the hardworking team at Dockside. Together they go the extra mile to ensure they achieve the best results for their clients, ensuring that they are well known in the area for their commitment to quality service. Emma who previously studied ART and design at college enjoys the advertising aspects of the job, encouraging fresh and modern marketing ideas. Emma consistently demonstrates her excellent attention to detail, coupled with her ability to relate to clients and developers at all levels.

In her spare time Emma enjoys anything and everything to do with ART. She is also a keen DIY enthusiast
