We specialise in bespoke wills for individuals, couples, the young to the elderly. We can allow you to name guardians, executors and trustees and much more for our basic will cost. We also create Lasting Power of Attorney’s for clients and have a probate service run by a STEP registered professional who is also a professional trustee.

History

Established in 2008.

Oliver’s Wills was created by Oliver Waite who originally trained as solicitor in the 1990’s but spent most o fthat time in financial services. With a law degree, and law finals and further professional and on going training, you will be in capable and safe hands. Customer service is our priority and we have clients from all over the South East and Anglia and beyond.

Oliver has an LLB Hons in law and completed the Legal Practice Course after his degree. With a passion for providing cost effective solutions for clients, he is ever expanding what Oliver’s Wills can offer clients. With many years experience in financial services, both personal and business related, Oliver can bring his experience to a diverse range of needs.
