History

Established in 1998.

Once my children were in full time school, I decided to go back to art and set up my business. I bought a kiln and started traveling around the local toddler groups, so mums could capture a special moment in their babies life to last forever. I then started painting keepsake boxes and other wooden gifts to add to my expanding ideas. I still love visiting toddler groups, brownie/​guides, school fairs and craft fairs, but I now also advertise on the internet, which has helped my business grow. But most of all I am doing a job I love, and I love seeing the look on peoples faces when they receive a personalised gift or their babies hand/​foot prints in clay.

I have always loved art and setting up my own business was the only way I had the freedom to do what I wanted and to enjoy the work I do. I remember buying my kiln and my children helping me to pick the name of my new business. The excitement of making bookings and getting orders and the realisation that I could actually do this. I still enjoy it as much if not more now.
