My name is Nicolette Pinkney and I am a professional, registered hypnotherapist and reiki practitioner with several years experience working within my busy practice, Inspiring Changes.

I use a combination of therapies including hypnotherapy, solution-​focused counselling, psychotherapy, NLP, EMDR and reiki, all of which are specifically chosen to suit you and the issues affecting your life.

These therapies when combined have proven to be extremely powerful and effective in dealing with many problems and symptoms..

Over the years, I have helped many people with wide-​ranging and varying problems including stress, emotional issues, relationship problems, social fears, low self-​esteem, anxiety, addictions, habits, giving up smoking, weight-​loss, fears and phobias.

I run an informal but professional practice, with a friendly, understanding and non-​judgemental approach.

Every session is completely private and confidential.

Nicolette is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), the largest professional organisation for hypnotherapists and also validated by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

She is regulated by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. The CNHC ‘quality mark’ is recognised as the hallmark of quality for the sector.

Nicolette holds an Enhanced Disclosure CRB check enabling her to work with children, thereby giving parents and carers peace of mind.
