Caffè Ritazza

I really should have given this place a better rating on my last visit, it’s a great coffee shop. The food and drinks are nice; as I said in my previous review, but the stars here are the staff.
Today I was served by Nikki, who could give lessons in customer service! She was polite, bubbly, friendly and above all knowledgeable! She was able to recommend a few things for breakfast, and had the queue forming behind an indecisive me, in the palm of her hand. I was directed to some muesli as I wanted something healthier, (Although I also grabbed a ham and cheese flatbread, don’t judge me) Nikki told me everything that was in the muesli and it was as good as her description!
If I’m early for a train from Sheffield station, I’ll always come back here.
