History

Established in 2007.

Formed in 2007, HeliFly is the brainchild of John Davies. Having founded and built ADA Computer Systems Ltd over 18 years [recently rebranded Acora], John decided it was time to follow his other passion, flying helicopters. Having engineered a management buyout of ADA, John formed HeliFly and is both Managing Director and Chief Pilot holding a Commercial Pilots Licence and Flight Instructor rating.

John aims to bring his business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit and drive to the helicopter aviation industry offering innovative solutions and products to business and the flying public.

Prices starting from £45 for a 5 minute flight makes this an experience that will set you back a few bob. It is an experience but for anything over 15 minutes costing a cool £100 quid means that maybe you should think of something else.
However, to run these things is well expensive so there are no other companies that do this in Brighton. A great way of making an entrance or a good way to pop the question, their idea!
