Very friendly and efficient staff. Clean branch. Is quite small however and sometimes the queue can be a bit timely but that is generally during peak hours.

This is a great underused bank right in the middle of Shrewsbury, in the Square, The branch is small inside but fully functionable with service desks and a customer service desk. The staff are friendly and helpful, and nothing is to much trouble. The bank also has an external cash machine.
