Popped in for a meal today decided on the 10oz rump which came with a few chips, some nice onion rings and half tomato £7.99. The steak was very tough but the serving lady offered to change it for a sirloin which was very good good service. Several real ales on offer ok menu, reasonable prices. Would visit again.

good local pub. Average prices, food is dear compared to other pubs but is of a slightly higher standard and still cheaper than most restaurants. Bar staff are quite friendly, none more so than the owner garry who poresents the pub quiz on monday and wednesday nights which always receive a good turn out.
