Purple Body & Mind have been providing complementary therapies in the Sidcup area since 2004 and has over 20 years experience in the care industry.

As a Complementary Therapist and former NHS professional, I aim to give the very best treatment experienced which is tailored to your individual needs.

Treatments include; Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Holistic Massage, Reiki and Auricular Acupuncture.

Treatments avaliable in my Sidcup Treatment Room.

Mobile treatments and corporate events also undertaken.

Established in 2004.

Jacqui Morris dip ITEC dip COT

Has over 20 years experience in the care sector and holds ITEC diplomas in reflexology, aromatherapy and holistic massage.

She has also studied to practitoner level 2 in reiki and auricular acupuncture.

Jacqui also holds a diploma in occupational therapy and smoking cessation.

She has worked for many years in both physical, mental health and addictions, most recently providing complementary therapies for South London & Maudsley NHS Trust.

Hi, I’m Jacqui. owner and sole trader of Purple Body & Mind since 2004.

I have a passion for complementary therapies and really do believe they make a difference on all levels body mind and spirit. As a means of stress relief in our busy lives, they provide an opportunity to ‘switch off” from the worries and concerns of the everday and allow the body and mind to relax and recharge.

For a range of common disorders from muscle and joint pain to hormonal problems complementary therapies can help to relieve pain and rebalance our body systems.
