First Time going here, and I will be back. Food Excellent and you get a lot for your money, atmosphere excellent. and GREAT Value too. A Busy Local Pub.11/10 yes that is correct 11⁄10 that’s how good I enjoyed it.

Went here on the weekend for a quick pint with the Mrs and my teenage son.
Now under new management and quite a few families enjoying a quiet drink and some eating.
The food looked very good and the staff were friendly enough. Blokes drinkinig at the bar but no foul language from them. All in all a lot better now than the previous reviews and the new management seem to be going in the right direction with this.
Only negative was the cold draught. They still have the old style expellair type fans each end of the pub. Which open togethor and cause quite a draught.
Easily fixed though I am sure the management will get round to this.

Not being a huge fan of pubs, it takes alot for one to impress me. This certainly did not. The barmaid was a misery and service in general was not so great.
The restaurant was pretty tidy and clean i must say however food was not up to the standards i was expecting.
I am not so impressed i’m afraid.
