Everything looks good on the menu so it’s hard to decide what to have. The pub has a lovely atmosphere and the food is presented well. I have been here twice with work colleagues once for lunch and today for dinner. They have a specials menu which is not available online. We had the baked Camembert with a glass of house wine to start. For mains we had the chicken and risotto mains. You have to save room for dessert! Amazing choices. We had the millionaire shortcake to share.

Great looking from the outside but average place with average food. Not the best but certainly not the worse. Have eaten here a couple of times by relatives choice but not mine.

Nicely updated dining pub in small village not far from M25 /A40. Interesting selection of food, well presented and tasty. Service good, with reasonable understanding of Wine List. Booking essential.

A warm and inviting old pub with several sections(the Top Bar is non-smoking) and a restaurant. A quaint garden where youngsters play about on swings whilst adults casually chat and enjoy a pint. It has seen better days and is looking a bit worn, but that’s part of its appeal as an age-old place to grab a standard meal when walking about the village. A pasta, special order veggie club, omelette, or risotto does the trick.
