Avoid Lockaid at all costs.
This company came to install a security grill and door. The service was appalling.
The manager of Lockaid, Jerry, threatened to walk off the job leaving me open to a London street in the evening with no door or door frame. This was because I complained that he was fitting a cheap interior door, rather than a solid-​core external door as agreed (and paid for in advance!).
Jerry behaved totally unprofessionally. He repeatedly tried to extort more money from us, in order to do the job properly as originally agreed.
My opinion: Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
