This company quite literally left my mother stranded at Heathrow Airport. When her flight was delayed by an hour, the company just shrugged their shoulders. The driver was«going off of his shift», and they just left her high and dry. When I called to complain, the«manager» said, «Well, you weren’t charged.» He didn’t care at all that he left my mom stranded and that this was horrible customer service. If a professional taxi company has a flight delayed policy to just leave you if you’re late, they should tell you this BEFORE you book with them. We found some thing else in the end, but this experience was not good.
