This has to be the worst M and S I have ever been to!
Messy, disorganisedutter chaos.
There are more clothes on the floor than there are on the rails.
A lot of the clothes in the upstairs section look as though they have been worn
And then returned. yeuch!
The Windsor store is much nicer!

If you have to use this branch of Marks and Spencer on a regular basis, then I can only offer my condolences. I came here on an last minute mission to buy some emergency clothes, and was propelled headlong into the slough sale crowd. The place was a mess, but mostly from a lot of people burrowing and brawling through the piles of discounted fashion wear. Having said that, the staff were really nice and friendly, plus there seemed loads of them so well done for that.

This is a large Marks and Spencer and is based within Queensmere shopping centre. It is also accessible from the high street.
Spread over two floors this M&S has the usual offerings of clothing, lingerie and accessories.
Towards the rear of the store they also have a good sized food hall.
The food hall is often very busy especially around lunchtime as many people shopping or working in the town pop in for their lunch. At this time queues can be very busy.
