Check out my website, it’s all there. We’ve built luxury homes, remodelled properties, reconstructed kitchens and bathrooms and we have recently become micro generation certified to fit solar panel systems.

We carry out heating projects and are big into heat pumps. We will fit your home with quality led lighting that will save you £100s of pounds.

Graham M.

Business Owner

Graham is married with two children. He has built his business up over the last 20 years. Starting in 1991.

During the first few years the business concentrated on ornate brick fireplaces and surrounds, moving on to larger building projects over the following few years.

Houses were renovated, remodelled, built and luxury kitchens and bathrooms were designed and installed by Graham and his team.

He recently built the house he currently lives in but no doubt this will be soon up for sale and the next project will be underway.

Graham’s business The Solar Pad Limited is micro generating accreditted.

The future for The Solar Pad Limited is to build sustainable homes and refurbish and remodel existing properties to a standard that enables the client to save cash and to also live in a comfortable environment.
