Burgers are great, milkshakes are amazing, the sides range from just okay(onion straws, fries sometimes) to very good indeed(frickles, chicken halloumi fries), the prices are pretty decent, and service is good. They have beer, wine, and cocktails, and even do hardshakes. At dinner time it gets very busy, particularly on weekends, but they will take your name and give you a call when a table opens up, allowing you to pop next door or across to one of the two adjacent pubs. It can get pretty loud as well between the full house, open kitchen plan, and small space. All in all it definitely lives up to its billing as a dive bar burger joint.

I love this place. I have a rather extreme love of burgers anyway, but the burgers here are of particularly good quality, and at £7 for a burger or £9 for a burger and small side, the prices are very reasonable. The milkshakes are excellent, with the banoffee milkshake particularly gorgeous. On the service front, the wait for a table can be a little long; there’s a pub across the road if you do have to wait, and they’ll call you when your table is ready. Once you’re in there, the service is usually pretty quick; someone will take your order within a few minutes of you sitting down. The cooking can take a little longer, and it’s usually busy so you do often have to wait a while upon having ordered, but that’s rarely a huge problem! All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to someone. Give it a look!

Ok but not great. Burgers and chips tasted ok but just to be frank not that delicious. Ok to fill you up for a meal but do not expect much more. Service was good but do not order Shakes. Tasted artificial and not nice!

Yummy! Nice veggie burger(although could do with more veggie burger variety) but tasty all round, and well priced!

I am a huge fan of 7bone! Delicious beef burgers I go for the ménage et tois of sliders every time because I can never choose which one to have ! You can’t beat the dirty fries huge portion will easily go between 3 people and don’t forget to try the frickles and onion straws :) mmmm my mouths watering just thinking about it! The dive style dining is relaxed and casual the staff friendly and chilled out but eager to help and obviously have a passion for their jobs. It’s noticeable and makes a world of difference when the staff enjoy what they do!

The Rasta Burger — DELICIOUS The fact that they have Kimchi on a burger — AMAZING The service — very dependent on the day. In my short time in Southampton I haunted this joint quite a few times. With few other places that you can get a delicious buffalo chicken burger,(as we know them in Canada) it was our go to. Said burger is known as the Rasta Burger and is highly recommended. Their shoestring fries are a bit lackluster, as were their deep fried pickes(super greasy), and their prices are a wee bit steep, but overall this place is a funky joint and good for burgers, which is what it’s all about.

When we arrived at 1.15pm for lunch, it was packed, but luckily we were told we only had to wait 15 minutes by a very welcoming waitress, for an available table, so we sat and waited outside on the two long wooden tables with others waiting for a table. It looked like it was going to rain, but it did not after all, so we could have stayed outside, as the sun came out! We got a lovely table by the window. Nothing on the menu was above £6.50. There were choice of burgers, dogs or pulled pork in a bun. I ordered the«prince charles is overrated» burger. The patty beef burger were done the way I liked it, quite charred on the outside and medium inside, in a toasted hot bun. It was succulent and tasty served on top of shredded iceberg, pickles and dirty spread(that is what it says on the menu!) and topped with crispy bacon. It also comes with cheese but I asked for no cheese. The basket of fries was a very large side dish, enough for two people to share. We ordered the chilli cheese fries which was seasoned and topped with minced beef covered in cheese and green chilli. They had an interesting«mar-grrr-eat-her» slush cocktail, but unfortunately, they had ran out of the lemon and lime slush, so I tried the local ale instead. There was a constant queue at the door and the waitresses continued to be very cheerful. Lovely and very helpful service. The bill was settled at the counter.

This has potential but 3.50 for a not very thick milk shake made from supermarket vanilla ice cream and flavoring syrup and 6.50 for a greasy only just cooked burger does not go well. Beef was good but no char on the burger at all. Long way to go to be proper American diner food or service.
