Goblets is a wonderfully unique place, you never see it from the High Street, but you go downstairs and find this nice relaxed chilled out little bar!
It can get quiet busy, it tends to be an alternative scene in there, but it’s very friendly and is mostly a good atmosphere.
Most people remember it as the place with all the Absolut Vodka bottles with all the chocolate in them! They have a huge selection of (sickly) chocolatey vodka shots behind the bar. If you ask people where they’ve been they never remember the name just the vodka!
They also have a jukebox in there, but its usually kept well topped up!

I love this place. Its quite dark being as its a basement pub, and has al alternative/studenty feel to it but it has a great atmosphere nonetheless. There are quite a few regulars who frequent this pub, which gives it a community feel. They sell everything from cheap beer to chocolate shots and more! There is a jukebox and lots of seating. I particularly like going there for sunday lunch to taste their gorgeous food!

A very cosy little bar, lovely to have apint in when you’ve had a long day at work, has an upstairs and downstairs bar. can get quite cramped on a friday and saturday night, but lovely to go in for a quickie in on a weekday.
