If you are suffering pain or injury that is limiting what you want to do then physiotherapy could help. We are a friendly team of experienced, chartered physiotherapists located in the superb new Mayura Yoga and Pilates Centre overlooking Thorpe Bay.

We offer expert, effective treatment of all musculoskeletal conditions including back and neck pain, sports injuries, sciatica, arthritis, muscle and joint problems. We also offer sports massage and specialist Pilates classes at the centre. For a convenient appointment we are open late evenings and there is free parking outside the door.

History

Established in 2007.

Having worked in the private sector and NHS the principal therapist and owner of Physio-​Answers, Ann Petherbridge decided to set up her own practice where she lived in Leyton, East London.

Since then the practice has expanded to include two other clinics in Hither Green, South East London and Southend where Ann now lives.

The focus of the clinics is on effective holistic physiotherapy treatment to enable patients to function without pain and enjoy life to the full, whether on the sports field, at the gym or just sitting in the office.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Ann Petherbridge BSc (Hons), MCSP is the owner and principal practitioner at Physio-​Answers.

She graduated from Brunel University in 1999 and soon specialised in musculo-​skeletal physiotherapy in the NHS. Here she gained valuable experience in treating an extensive variety of patients and conditions. She was also involved in training under-​graduate physiotherapy students.

Ann has worked in the private sector for the last 12 years including treating patients involved in litigation cases. She completed post-​graduate training in acupuncture in 2000 and regularly attends lectures and courses to update her knowledge in all aspects of physiotherapy.
