Established in 2013 although have used the therapies for a while before then. I am a small personal business offering alternative holistic treatments for the mind and body. You can find me at Mayura Yoga Studios Tuesdays.

Meet the Business Owner

Suzannah S.

Business Owner

My name is Suzannah Safwat and I am a qualified Reiki and Seichem Master. Starting with Reiki 1 in 2002, the Reiki 2 in 2003 I then decided I really wanted to teach and pass on this wonderful skill to others and did my Master level in 2008.

My interest in healing and the universal energy guided me to learn Tai Chi Chaun which I have practiced on and off since 2001 and I meditate regularly, which enhances my connection to all that is around me.

I offer crystal healing and believe there is a great benefit in having them around ones person and in the home. I hold an ITEC Diploma level 3 in Reflexology and I am also a Hatha yoga teacher at Mayura Yoga Studio. My yoga is very gentle focusing on chakra balancing and breath work. I am an avid believer in personal and soul progression and treating the person as a whole — the holistic way.

I love quantum physics and how science is beginning to explain what the ancients have known and practiced for thousands of years. Om Shanti
