My Husband and I visited the bell carvary a few weeks ago and will DEFINATELY NOT be going back. An hour and 15 mins is way too long to stand waiting for food!!! We did put in a complaint and were contacted by a member of staff (NOT the manager as we complained about him as well)
Excuses were made but she did accept our points of complaint and offered to arrange free meals for next time. I said there would not be a next time, We were not returning to the bell branch ever again. The lady arranged for the meals to be redeemable at any Toby Carvery of our choice. Fair enough. We will give the Festival leisure branch a try and hopefully it will be worth travelling the extra distance for. Fingers crossed.

An expansion to The Bell, this carvery is a meat-​eaters dream, but also caters for vegetarians too.
The prices are reasonable, and the portions are huge, you can easily get yourself a meal, desert, and drink for just over £10.
The staff are always kind and helpful and willing to assist any way they can, and will always serve you with a smile.
