ate here tonight; big lump of cheese stuck to bottom of my plate, drinks took half an hour to come, had to ask for parmesan & black pepper & the waitress thought it was professional enough to get on the seat next to me & lean over the table, had to ask for our desert order to be taken coz the waitresses obviously thought settings tables was more of a priority & they cocked up our bill & very rude when pushing past. dont think i would eat here again needs alot of customer service training

a great place to go if you want to eat out with the family! it can get very busy though at peak times, tea time, weekends, bank holidays ect so always best to book in advance to avoid the wait! drinks and food prices are a little more expensive but like everything in life if you want the service ya gotta pay for it! its a very warm and friendly place to go and a treat for all the family!

Most places have cheap prices for food and dear drinks or the other way round. But Frankie and Bennys really goes the extra mile by having over priced food and drinks.

«Posh McDonalds» This is the only description I can give this place. The food is all pre packed, frozen & ready for the canteen assistants (sorry, should I say chef’s) to warm up. I have never had a good steak yet, I have asked for rare twice and they managed to cremate it every time.
On an evening the service is very slow and drink refills take ages even after paying a fortune for overpriced beer. Overall value for money is poor.
The only reason that this place is always full is because there is nowhere else to go for family’s with children in this town.
Is this town ever going to get a good English restaurant?

I love Frankie & Benny’s & this one is the best one I’ve been to. The staff are very friendly & on the whole the service is great. I’ve only been once when the service was slow & I’ve been a lot! The food is great, always hot & full of flavour.
The kids menu’s are good too & are good value for money. They also do a kids pack which keeps the kids busy while they’re waiting for the food.
They offer a good set lunch time menu which is reasonably priced & if you buy a soft drink they will refill it for free. sadly they only offer that with the lunch time menu & not on the regular menu. The vanilla cheesecake is fantastic — the best cheesecake around.
There’s always a great atmosphere & a great place for families. It does get busy so we try to go at less busy times.
This is always a first choice when we’re going out for a meal & it doesn’t disappoint.

I love F&B’s. It’s great to finally have a restaurant like this in St Helens. The food is really nice and very resonable. It does get a bit messy when it gets busy they can be slow at cleaning the tables, and under the tables but the bathroom is always clean.
The staff are also friendly if you need to complain.

I love frankie and Bennys its a great place for food and drink, but i would say its expensive so i would give frankie and bennys 3 *
