We are staying in Staines as we are going to Thorpe park tomorrow and walked out the hotel and found pizza express at 9pm. I was happy that we got a table for two. He did seat us right in the middle of the front window! View wasn’t that good as it was just the road and some closed down shops lol.
The food was actually fine, I enjoyed my pizza and arrived only few mins after ordering. I did have the side of potato balls which I think needed salt.
Service was fine and they took off 40% off the bill when I showed them my NUS card. My boyfriend used a gift card to pay and they did ask how much was on the card.

I’m having a good vibes here at Pizza Express Restaurant. Me and my friends love to visit here and having a good time. Ordering nice Italian pasta and crusty pizza are so much enjoyable. We are very happy and contented to have a dinner break here. Awesome place and nice services is here.

This is quite a large, busy branch of the Pizza Express chain which is crowded pretty much most of the time and particularly so on Thursday and Friday evenings.
The décor is quite minimalist and it can be quite echo-​y inside which can make conversation difficult.
As you’d expect, the menu is largely composed of pizzas, but there are some pasta dishes too. The pizzas are reliably good rather than outstanding, but the main course salads are great — I particularly like the one with goat’s cheese.
Desserts aren’t particularly interesting, but are nice and come in reasonable portions.
I’ve had some really slow service here at times and some great service at other times, so it’s difficult to say which is most usual.
