Ardent Parking Stansted Airport

I use Ardent Parking on a regular basis and find it hard to reconcile that this is the same Company that some of these reviews are about. I would not continue to use a Company as some have described here. Brill service-​regardless of what time i come or go. The service is friendly, effecient and the people always friendly-​not always easy at 4am on a Winter morning. This is a small Company-​and no i am not connected with them but dont leave bad reviews that can harm the reputation of a small business trying to get off the ground. They may not have state of the art facilities but your car is safe and what exactly do you want even if the rates were not as competitive as Ardent… People just like to moan. look for the good and you want always see the bad.

Pathetic service — do not use — you have been warned.
Took well over one hour to get car back upon our return to Stansted using their «meet and greet» service. No meet and no greet! The owner said we should have had a card when we left the car. No card was given to us!
Owner promised to phone me the next day and give us a refund. Surprise, surprise no phone call or refund.
I can put up with bull** but not blatant lies.

Do not be tempted to use Ardent Parking! I booked their meet and greet service but upon arrival back at Stansted i called as per the instructions to arrange to be picked up in our car. However the number just went through to a mobile voicemail. This was at 1am in the morning and i had 2 children with me. We waited outside for 2 hours with still no answer to my calls. Eventually fearing that they had stolen my car i found the airport police who explained they had had bad reports from Ardent in the past. Eventually 3 hours late somebody turned up apologising and promising that the owner would call me the next day. I still have not received a call despite this happening over 3 weeks ago and quite frankly i don’t want to talk to them. Please please do not suffer the same fate — book with a reputable service from BAA — as it totally spoilt my family holiday. The car was filthy and had probably been used but i was just glad to get it back.

Ardent parking may be the cheapest around Stansted airpot but BEWARE … On arrival at the carpark it looked like a scrapyard, cars wedged in all over we were a little concerned but needed to get to the airport, we zeroed the odometer back and took down the milage and handed over the keys.
On returning to the carpark the man did not know where our car was, after ten minutes he found it, I checked the milage and there was over 11 miles more on the clock the odometer confirm this, I asked the man why this was but he could not explain it to me.
After him making several phone calls he put me on the phone to the owner of the company who was very rude and basically called me a liar, he said none of his drivers would ever use a car.
On returning home later that day I received a phone call from Ardent Parking from one of their drivers saying he had taken my car by ‘accident’ and he would have the owner of the company phone me to apologise to me (still waiting) I dont want to even mention security! I would never use this company again.
