Located in the south of the Stockport area, we can offer function rooms for your party, celebration or banquet, to meet all your needs at a very reasonable cost.

Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas parties or Wedding Reception.

The recently refurbished main function room, the Woodhead Suite, is about 220m2 in area, so can comfortably accommodate up to 200 people or 160 people seated for a meal.

It has a large fully licensed bar, open until 2am on Saturdays, with a wide selection of drinks at competitive prices. Two smaller rooms are also available for more intimate functions.

It’s just £100 to hire the main function room on a Friday or Saturday evening.

We can offer reduced rates for off peak times, just call for more details.

History

Established in 1970.

Grove Park was opened in 1970 after the amalgamation of Cheadle Hulme Cricket Club & Manchester Rugby Club who both have histories that date back to the mid eighteenth century. The main function room was refurbished in November 2010 and renamed the Woodhead Suite after a benefactor of the club.
