Pound Empire

Pound Empire is a great little pound shop in stockport town centre, I love calling in and picking up bargins, you can get some really great stuff in here, but beware not everything is a pound, but most things are. They stock a good range of items for a pound lots of food and drinks, toys, cleaning products, socks, hats, stationary etc… Great at christmas for stocking fillers and decorations. You can get some really good household accessories too like candles, ornaments etc. The only downside is there is only one till and you can que for ages but its worth the wait for what you get.

This is located in the mersey way shopping centre in stockport. It says everything is a pound but there are some items which are more expensive, still usually good deals but everything isnt a pound. There is a large range of items for a pound from food and drink, to kids toys. You will end up filling your basket in here as there are a lot of bargains. It is worth looking here for halloween costumes or xmas stuff near to the time as they have a lot of seasonal stuff. The shelves are well stocked and there is a lot of stock crammed into this small shop which makes getting around it difficult at busy times. There is only one till and sometimes there are huge queues. The staff are dotted about the shop so theres usually someone to help you if you need it.
