History
Established in 2005.
I took the decision to qualify initially to provide practical help and advice to my wife who suffered with a back injury following a car accident in August 2003. I have since developed this expertise and have been offering a personal training service to individuals and organisations, incorporating advice on lifestyle, weight management, body building and nutrition.
As a regular gym user for 15+ years I am familiar with many advanced training and free weights techniques and am an adept at training using fit (Swiss) ball techniques for core muscle development. Highly adept at integrating stability ball exercises into body building and general fitness training routines. I’m fully conversant with all aspects of Cardiovascular training and in particular its application for weight loss programmes. I’m happy to provide training for individuals and for classes for 2 to 20 people.
