Hart & Sons Dorset

I ordered a few things from these guys from their online shop. I’m cookery mad and having really enjoyed cocottes in France I decided to buy a couple of little cocotte pots, and also a silicone square brownie tin type tray (they had a free delivery if you spend more than £40 offer and so I bulked it up to £40 with the silicone tray!)
My parcel arrived very quickly though I was missing one of the cocottes! Saddened, I rang them up and a lovely lady on the end of the phone apologised and said they would send me the second one out straight away, which they did. Unfortunately I wasn’t in when they delivered this one and had to go and pick it up for the depot an hour and a half away, but it was worth it in the end.
I was very pleased with the service I got, and also the price of the products. They have lots of offers online and I will definitely think about using them again in the future if I’m looking for kitchenware. Unfortunately it was a lot of hassle going to pick up the delivery but that was partly their fault for not including everything first time, and partly mine for not being in! But overall, very happy!
