Established in 2008.

exploringUcounselling was set up by Glenda Roberts on 2008 to provide the best counselling /​psychotherapy service. Since then the company has grown in staff and now has 13 counselling/​psychotherapy staff and rehabilitation coordinators that work with Serious Brain Injury.

Business Owner

Glenda D Roberts is a highly qualified experienced counsellor/​psychotherapist who is Accredited by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy for good practice.

She runs her own private practice as well as being the owner of exploringU counselling Ltd, where she runs and oversees the excellent delivery of the Centre of excellence which is based in Sudbury Suffolk.

She comes from a business background having successfully run two companies in the past, thus creating something from nothing and nurturing it to grow. Glenda is particularly interested in the research and hands on side in helping people to grow and develop. She feels that counselling should also be brought to the forefront in people’s minds, for people not necessarily to visit a counsellor because something is wrong, but to also visit a counsellor to help you to reach those undiscovered layers within yourself, and help to explore different perspectives to enrich your life.
