Blushers

It doesn’t always have what you’re after, and admittedly the big names have a better selection, but Blushers can’t be beaten for price generally. Such a shame it’s closing down :(Worth popping along before it goes, some real bargains to be had.

Is this shop still around? I’m not so sure, but I remember it as I used to go there on a weekend to spend my pocket money when I was about 12. I thought I was so cool because I was allowed to go into town with my friends: D This little shop sold all different types of cosmetics, mostly quite inexpensive stuff, though I do remember they sold my mum’s favourite lipstick and it was a lot cheaper than the big name chainstore places known for selling cosmetics! I used to spend ages looking at the shelves of makeup, trying the testers, I was in my element! The shop was only small back then or at least it felt small. There was plenty available though and always loads of other people in the shop. I remember buying little pots of glitter I think I still have them somewhere! It is a great little shop if it’s still around, I will be looking out for it next time I’m in sunderland!
